If you’re taking this course, I’m assuming that you have a bit of startup capital that you want to use towards and investment or business venture that will return many times your initial investment.

You can invest the money into the market and get an 8% return on average, which you should be doing anyway, but it’s not quite the way to achieve financial freedom.

Other asset classes, including buying a brick and mortar store, crypto/options trading, and service-based businesses can make tons of money, but they’re also quite risky and/or time-sucking.

Websites are excellent for 3 main reasons:

1. It’s a comprehensive business model that can be run from anywhere and can be entirely outsourced to make it passive income.

2. Not only can you scale an individual website to 2x, 5x, even 20x its income with a little work, but you can own dozens of these properties.

3. On average, you tend to see a 33% return on investment without you actually doing anything!

Once you know what you’re doing, you can repeat the same process over and over again to build up your portfolio.
